As we strive to improve on our capabilities to support our customers, our engineers have taken on projects that will enhance their technical skills as well as fabricating tools/jigs.  The outcomes from some of these projects have enabled our engineers to be able to take on jobs that our competitors are not able to perform.  Some examples include

• Designing and fabrication of lifting jig for SEM column for AMAT sems, that allows for the removal and/or replacement of the SEM column

• Designing and fabrication of lifting jig for SEM Anorad stage, that allows for the removal and/or replacement of the XY stage from the SEM chamber
• Designing and fabrication of a column blank-off that allows for the thorough leak checking on the chamber top of an AMAT SEM
